Tatiana is a Brand Director and Creative Consultant based in London, UK.

Known for her ability to distil and build a coherent brand image, Tatiana’s approach is characterised by her fluency in deploying creative vision, culture and community for commercial success. Working from the final goals backwards, she identifies key publics, platforms and pillars to construct the brand universe. With a focus on emerging luxury brands, Tatiana leverages her extensive experience in Brand Equity building to help young brands move at pace making a strong brand identity a cost-efficient growth tool vs a high-cost paid customer acquisition approach.

Working directly with the founders Tatiana helps steer the Creative Direction and brand identity to deliver a distinctive tone of voice across the brand aesthetic, product and marketing. For a fine jewellery brand Tabayer, she delivered an ambitious target of establishing a luxury fine jewellery brand from inception to become a leading brand among the storied Place Vendôme maisons and securing an impressive global distribution including Bergdorfs and Dover Street Market within a year. She steered the move to Fairmined Gold and sustainability as the core of the Tabayer business practice.

Tatiana has broad experience in delivering best-in-class creative, working with both, emerging and name talent to create a distinctive vision on a resourceful budget. A contemporary leather goods brand Neous became a reference in the industry often praised in the press for its visuals. Tatiana has extensive experience in building visibility on a global scale at pace. Overseeing a 150+ wholesale network for a fine jewellery brand Georg Jensen, a comprehensive programme including an anniversary book, a Zaha Hadid collaboration, Salone Milano and Art Basel Miami brand activations delivered a renewed brand momentum.

In addition, Tatiana is the Editorial Director of the Summa journal which she conceptualised and created for Tabayer to establish the brand as a leading voice in the discourse and build legitimacy. The first edition includes new work by Chloe Aridjis, Batia Suter, Fiona Alison Duncan, Tabita Rezaire and Shumon Basar among others. The journal has become a valuable marketing tool for the brand and is stocked by top art and fashion stores including Dover Street Market and Antenne Books.
